If you question your physical to mental needs, you are in the right spot!
Can your body really tire your mind?
Absolutely! Your body can tire your mind just as quickly as your mind can make your body tired. Everything ties together. And if you only take care of one, the other will truly suffer. Some of the signs that you need a break are covered in this article.
Your Physical Body Is Always Tired
In this case, it is not just the physical being tired and needing to sleep. Oftentimes, it can manifest in other ways, such as wanting the world to slow almost to a complete stop, long enough for you to catch your breath and regroup.
If you don’t know what is going on, it can actually be a terrifying thing. Which in turn, adds to already being in a state of exhaustion. And can cause more problems.
Your Mental State Is Always Angry
You always find yourself angry at someone or something. And normally it is for no reason at all. This can include things as simple as arguing over little things all the way up to having full-blown fights over what seems to be a massive issue at the moment.
Believe it or not, this is all normal(ish). We all have our issues with keeping both our minds as well as our bodies in check. And if you are unaware, you will miss basic signs that both will throw out there as an eye opener.
Your Mind Refuses To Stop No Matter What You Do
There are so many different things that come to mind when I think about my mind racing, as well as my body, already being tired, one of the biggest being, “I am so tired, but my mind won’t shut up!” If you have ever felt the same, you know how it can be. You are so tired, but your mind will not get off the hampster wheel and give you a break.
This is a sign you need a break. It also may be a symptom of a deeper problem and I would advise you to seek help at that point. Also, mental health check-ins are also highly recommended. And if you don’t feel like checking in with anyone, you could always try brain dumping.
